Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Lavish Alice will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. You have 14 days to notify us if you would like a return from the date of item receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org. We process refunds and exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Lavish Alice in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification. We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method. Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where the original Lavish Alice swing tag is firmly attached. Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original box supplied. All returns must enclose a completed Returns Form supplied in the original package.
Please bear in mind that for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery, intimates and/or swimwear if the hygiene strip is broken or unsealed. We will only make exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item purchased.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
